Designing Ebooks with Web Standards

Designing with Web Standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is great, and being able to distribute or sell text and image content as ebooks is also great. Too bad they can't be combined — that would be incredible!


Welcome to the future.


Standards-based ebook frameworks are not science fiction. They're real, and provide excellent starting points for designing ebooks that can be sold in an app store. Or they can also provide a more book-like Web experience in a browser.


This session will teach you how to do it! Previous HTML and CSS experience required.
